UNHCR head estimates 2.1-2.2 million people have fled Ukraine

The number of people crossed over to other countries since the Russian military operation began on February 24 has probably now reached 2.1-2.2 million, Filippo Grandi, the head of the United Nations' refugee agency UNHCR, said on Wednesday.
