Hong Kong is rushing to build facilities for COVID-19 patients as cases surge. The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government announced earlier that the construction work would be carried out at nine locations with the full support of the central government. Among them is Penny's Bay Quarantine Center, which has nearly 1,000 employees working day and night to build the additional 6,500 quarantine units.
