Putin says Russia is adhering to obligations on energy

Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced to unfriendly countries that it is adhering to obligations on energy at a cabinet meeting on Thursday.
As to the U.S. ban on Russian oil, Putin said "the West is trying to blame Russia for its own mistakes."
