The Russian government is developing retaliatory measures including invoking bankruptcy and property nationalization for departed foreign companies, after a great exodus of foreign companies from the Russian market, RIA reported, after a statement made on Thursday by Dmitry Medvedev, deputy chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
