00:55

Moscow and Kyiv remain in a deadlock after a high level meeting between top diplomats in Antalya, Turkey. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov says his country's military action in Ukraine will not stop until its key demands are met. Lavrov said Russian President Vladimir Putin would be open to meet with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelenskyy. But he said such a meeting would have to be substantive with specifics. Ukraine's Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said no progress was made towards a ceasefire. He insisted that Kyiv would not surrender. Both sides said they are open to further negotiations.
