The meeting between Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba just started in Antalya, southern Turkey, on Thursday, with the participation of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu. 

This is the first high-level contact between Russia and Ukraine since the beginning of Russia's special military operation.
