Facebook and Instagram users in some countries will be allowed to call for violence against Russians and Russian soldiers, according to Reuters. This move would further the chaos on social media and is totally unacceptable from a humanitarian perspective, political analyst Shen Shiwei said while joining CGTN's Chat Room.
