Russia and Ukraine have already held three rounds of talks, with a fourth reportedly in the works. CGTN's Liu Xin has talked to Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei on his country's role in the negotiations. The foreign minister said they are hoping for diplomatic solutions for the crisis and now the priority is to provide maximum assistance to the two delegations.
