International Monetary Fund (IMF) Director General Kristalina Georgieva said on Thursday that the fund is preparing to revise its forecast for global economic growth downward as a result of the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and the deep sanctions imposed on Russia, but still expects a "positive trajectory" for the world economy.
