Russia's state prosecutor has asked the country's communications regulator to limit access to Instagram in the country, RIA news agency has reported. The Prosecutor General's Office also asked the court to ban the activities of Meta, Instagram's parent company.
Instagram and Meta have not yet responded to this move from Russia.
