Ukraine increases state budget reserve fund expenditure by $1.7b

The Ukrainian Government has increased the expenditure of the state budget reserve fund by 50.8 billion hryvnia ($1.7 billion), the country's Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal said Thursday in a video address.
"This will allow the needs of the security and defense sector to be promptly met under martial law," the prime minister said.
