A panel discussing energy security is being held at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum in Turkey. 

At an earlier meeting held on the sidelines of the forum on Thursday, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba agreed on continuing negotiations over the conflict but failed to make progress in declaring a ceasefire. In the presence of Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, the meeting was the first high-level meeting between Moscow and Kyiv since the start of Russia's "special military operation" in Ukraine on February 24.
