The United Nations Security Council (UNSC) held an emergency meeting on Friday at the request of Russia to discuss military biological research that Russia claims was conducted by the U.S. in Ukraine. Russia presented a series of documents that show a network of biological laboratories within Ukraine and demanded a U.S. response. The U.S. accused Russia of using the UNSC to spread disinformation.
