Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said Russia and the U.S. remained in constant contact, and Russia could resume security dialogue with the U.S. if Washington is ready, RIA news agency reported on Saturday.
However, Ryabkov said proposals on security guarantees that Russia had sent to the United States and NATO before Russian forces entered Ukraine last month were no longer valid as the situation had now changed completely.
Ryabkov also mentioned that the lists of retaliatory personal sanctions against the West are ready, and Moscow will work to minimize the damage from U.S. sanctions.
