Ukraine received 'green light' for EU membership: Ukrinform

The technical process of considering Ukraine's application for membership in the European Union has begun, and in the near future the EU will send a "questionnaire" to Ukraine in almost all areas, Ukrinform reported Sunday, citing Deputy Head of the Office of the President Igor Zhovkva.
