Eleven die in attack on Burkina gold mine, second raid in 48 hours: AFP

Eleven people have been killed in an attack on a gold mine in northern Burkina Faso, two days after a similar raid in the same area, AFP quoted local sources as saying on Sunday.
"Armed unidentified individuals on Saturday carried out an attack on the gold mining site of Baliata," a resident of the region told AFP.
