One of the most poignant moments at any Olympics is the extinguishing of the flame. In the closing ceremony of the 2022 Winter Paralympics, this celebrated tradition was observed for the fourth time in Beijing, the world's only dual Olympic city. On this occasion, it was preceded by a dance performed by a group of hearing-impaired young men.
