Floating crane sinks near Tokyo International Exhibition Center

A ship carrying a crane sank at around 7 a.m. local time to the east of the Tokyo International Exhibition Center, spilling fuel oil into Tokyo Bay, local media reported on Monday.
Workers have begun the cleanup operation and the cause of the accident is under investigation.
