Daniel Aceves, the vice-president of the Mexican Olympic Committee, gave his compliments to the Beijing Winter Paralympic Games and the closing ceremony. He says that Beijing has presented a perfect edition of the Paralympics to the world and the closing ceremony is the best Winter Paralympics closing ceremony he has ever seen.
