Tehran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian will head to Moscow for talks this Tuesday. The move came days after negotiations on the Iran nuclear deal broke down. Ten months of discussions in Vienna brought major powers close to renewing the 2015 agreement. But the negotiations were halted again after Russia demanded a guarantee that sanctions imposed upon Russia would not damage its trade with Iran.
