John Gong, vice president of research and strategy at University of International Business and Economics (Israel), says that the U.S. "is going to sanction companies in China that are doing business with Russia," and the policy will not be equally implemented. "I don't think that Washington is gonna sanction Brazilian companies, Indian companies for not following the sanction."
