Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is scheduled to address the U.S. Congress at 9:00 a.m (1300 GMT) on Wednesday via video link, U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said in a joint letter to U.S. lawmakers.

The announcement came with Russia and Ukraine launching a fresh round of talks via video link on Monday.
