EU adopts 4th package of sanctions against Russia

The European Council on Tuesday adopted the fourth package of economic and individual sanctions against Russia over the conflict in Ukraine.
The Council has decided to prohibit new investments in the Russian energy sector and introduce further trade restrictions concerning iron and steel and luxury goods.
