Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Tuesday urged Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF) leaders in London to enhance the scope of military aid, saying "we are all targets of Russia."
He said currently his people are relying on the support of international partners rather than the NATO alliance.
"Of course, Ukraine is not a NATO member, we understand that. We have heard for many years about the open doors, but we also heard that we can't enter those doors," Zelenskyy said.
The JEF is a UK-led force comprised of 10 nations working together to deliver forces at high readiness, across a range of roles, complementing NATO and European security.
