Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on Wednesday called for a humanitarian no-fly zone over Ukraine again when he addressed the U.S. Congress.
In his video speech, he also called for aircraft and anti-aircraft weapons from the U.S.
The Ukrainian president told U.S. lawmakers that "I have a need – I need to protect our skies."
