China urges media to focus on what is conducive to promoting peace in Ukraine. This remark came in response to a question over Beijing's stance on reports of civilian attacks by Russian forces. At a daily press briefing, the Chinese Foreign Ministry said Beijing's position remains consistent, and that it continues to call for peace. It says media outlets should play a role in achieving this, instead of adding fuel to the fire.
