Hong Kong confirms 21,650 new COVID-19 cases

The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region confirmed 21,650 new COVID-19 cases within the past 24 hours, local health authorities announced on Thursday.
The city also reported 202 new COVID-19 deaths in public hospitals, taking its overall death toll to 4,923.
