As temperature rises, herdsmen in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have started transferring livestock to spring pastures. Driven by the vertical distribution of climate, the seasonal move is not only a way to comply with the laws of nature, but also to avoid overgrazing.
