M7.4 earthquake hits coast off northeast Japan's Fukushima prefecture, killing at least four

A magnitude-7.4 earthquake that struck Japan's northeastern coast off Fukushima prefecture Wednesday night has killed four people, while causing extensive damage to transportation networks. A tsunami warning issued earlier has since been lifted. Tens of thousands of Japanese households remained without power.
