At least four people were killed and 131 injured after a magnitude-7.4 earthquake struck Japan's northeastern coast off Fukushima on Wednesday night. The earthquake also caused large-scale power outages affecting more than 2 million households. Tsunami advisory warnings have since been lifted, and officials report no abnormalities at the Fukushima nuclear plant, which is currently being decommissioned.
