As spring unfolds, more plants come back to life, attracting more white-headed black langurs who feed on tender leaves and flowers in the forests of Chongzuo City, southern China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The animal is under first-class national protection in China, and its wild population only lives in Chongzuo City. In recent years, efforts have been made to protect the monkeys, including building multiple fountains to provide water for them to drink due to water shortage in karst terrain.
