Chicago River turns green for St. Patrick's Day

The city of Chicago has continued its 60-year tradition of dyeing the Chicago River green for St. Patrick's Day. The river was painted by boats on a three-quarter-mile stretch from Orleans Street to Columbus Drive with a more environmentally-friendly powder made from vegetables.
