Analyst: Call shows two leaders attach great importance to managing differences through dialogue

The Russia-Ukraine conflict and China-U.S. relations were key points discussed by Chinese President Xi Jinping and U.S. President Joe Biden in an almost two-hour video call on Friday. Beijing said the call came at Biden's request. It's their first direct conversation since November, and Russia launched its offensive on Ukraine.
