Lukashenko: Western countries pushing Ukraine to start 'war'

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko said in an interview with the Japanese television company TBS that the Western countries are pushing the Ukrainian government to start a "war", TASS has reported.
The military personnel of Ukraine are led by representatives of the West and the United States, added Lukashenko.
