Russian President Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel to discuss the "special military operation" in Ukraine on Saturday, the TASS News Agency reported.

Putin declared the "unacceptable nature" of the military-biological activities of the United States in Ukraine, which posed a huge danger both for Russia and Europe.
