Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Carrie Lam said that anti-epidemic supply kits will be distributed to all residents by the end of March. At a daily press conference on COVID-19 control measures, Lam said that residents in areas with high numbers of confirmed cases have received kits since early March. Hong Kong reported 16,597 new cases on Saturday.
