Spring's arrival in the city of Wuhan, central China, is heralded by cherry blossom season at Wuhan University. From March 18 to 19, the university hosted an online show of the beautiful flowering trees. Because of the Chinese mainland's latest COVID-19 outbreak this year, the public was not allowed on campus. Wuhan University is considered one of the most beautiful campuses in China. Before the pandemic began in 2020, the campus's cherry blossoms attracted more than 20,000 visitors a day.
