The State Emergency Service (SES) of Ukraine declared that the emergency situation at the Sumykhimprom chemicals plant in the northeastern city of Sumy is localized, hours after an ammonia leak was reported on Monday morning.
One person was injured and there is no threat to the population, SES added.
