Deputies from Russia's "Fair Russia - For the Truth" faction have submitted to the State Duma a bill on Russia's withdrawal from the World Trade Organization, RIA news agency reported Monday.
The "Fair Russia - For the Truth" faction has 27 seats in the State Duma, Russia's lower house of parliament.
