All S&P outstanding ratings on Russian entities to be withdrawn

S&P Global Ratings, a unit of S&P Global, said on Monday it would withdraw ratings for all Russian entities before April 15.
The decision comes weeks after S&P Global said it was suspending commercial operations in Russia
