Explosion occurs at shopping mall in northern Kyiv

A Russian missile hit a shopping mall in northern Kyiv early Monday morning. Russia's defense ministry claims that Ukrainian forces were using the shopping mall as cover to store rockets. The missile strike is said to have killed eight people.
