Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov discussed the situation in Ukraine with the leaders of diplomatic missions of the BRICS countries on Tuesday.

Lavrov presented detailed explanations about the causes of the Ukrainian crisis, opening humanitarian corridors, providing assistance to refugees and others, according to a statement from the foreign ministry.
