Ukrainians continue to cross the country's southwestern border with Romania amid continuing armed conflict. UN High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, said in a tweet on Sunday that 10 million people have fled their homes in Ukraine, either being internally displaced or seeking to refuge abroad.
