Russia announces 20-year jail term for those providing Ukraine with financial, technical assistance

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) Tuesday announced that financial, material, technical and other forms of assistance to Ukraine, including its military, are punishable by up to 20 years in prison, and funding Ukrainian "nationalists" is punishable by up to 10 years in prison, RIA reported.
