Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said late Monday he was prepared to discuss a commitment from Ukraine not to seek North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) membership in exchange for a ceasefire, the withdrawal of Russian troops and a guarantee of Ukraine's security.
