Granny Chan is in her 70s. After days of COVID-19 treatment at the AsiaWorld-Expo (AWE), she has now recovered and is about to be discharged. She expressed her appreciation to medial staff, saying doctors from the mainland and Hong Kong are all helpful and they've saved her life. Another patient Ms. Liu at AWE says, "The doctors from the mainland really do take care of patients as if they were family." After days of familiarizing themselves with the environment, the mainland medical team has been officially working at the AWE, working closely with local doctors, since March 21.
