Russian Foreign Ministry said Russia and Ukraine have conducted two exchanges of detainees, RIA reported on Wednesday.
Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister Iryna Vereshchuk later denied the statement, saying it was Russia's "unilateral conjecture."
