The Russia-Ukraine conflict is nearing its one-month mark. Fighting is raging as diplomatic efforts to end the crisis continue. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says there are still 100,000 people living in what he calls "inhumane" conditions in the southeastern city Mariupol.
