NATO leaders will send more troops to eastern flank

NATO leaders, after meeting in Brussels on Thursday, have agreed to beef up their eastern flank in the face of Russian movements in Ukraine, and have warned Moscow against the use of chemical weapons.
They agreed to set up four more battlegroups in Bulgaria, Hungary, Romania, and Slovakia, according to a joint statement.
