The Republic of Korea said Pyongyang has tested an intercontinental ballistic missile. It's the first time Pyongyang has launched such a powerful rocket since 2017. The projectile landed about 170 kilometers to the west of Japan. Seoul and Tokyo have condemned the move. The Democratic People's Republic of Korea is believed to be preparing to send a satellite into space in the coming weeks.
